今日は日曜日、寝坊して目を覚ますと７時４５分。あわてて下に降りる。
降りるとみんなはゆっくりしている。
強風の影響で午前１０時まで待機中とのこと。
午前中、ボード理論の授業。正しい理論を見つけそれを雪上で活かせるようにしたいものだ。
午後からゴルフ、今日は杉本プロの家族と一緒。
すでに長期間のパスを買っているので車で行き、そのままプレイする。
日本のような受付等は一切なし。クラブハウスもとてもシンプル
日曜なので他にも小さい子供がちらほら見える。毎週日曜日はレッスンプロが無料で子どもにレッスンをするとのこと。将来のタイガーやりょう君が出る可能性大！
途中で会った現地の人は半そで短パン！風は結構寒いのに。
ゴルフ場にはカモなどの鳥が人を怖がることもなくうろうろ。
隣の牧場には牛、羊、ダチョウ。近くの牧場では鹿の群れもいた。食肉用とのこと。
楽しくプレイをした後、帰って今度はメンタルトレーニング。
講師は今年の全日本テクニカル選手権・総合一位のマートこと片山プロ。
考える方法を身につけることによりトレーンングや試合にも生かせるとのこと。
またこの考え方は仕事にもそのまま応用出来そう。
夕食は特大のサケの切り身、肉厚で脂が乗って最高の味！
野菜とソーセージたっぷりのスープを一杯お変わり、ご飯もお変わり、ＮＺで太りそう！
明日は山へ上がります。
