大阪のフィットネス・クラブなどで行列の出来ているマシンです。
内尾店、妹尾店、東畦店の各店に設置しました。高速の振動で余分な脂肪を燃焼させたり、筋力アップに効果的です。
足や腹部、腕など全身のトレーニングが出来ます。直立だと全身の運動になり、軽くひざを曲げると脚部の筋力アップになります。
シェイプアップの効果はまだまだ？ですが。
私は加圧トレーニングと組み合わせより筋力アップが図れないかテスト中です。
効果報告

石川の筋力アップ効果は定期的に使用してないこともあり、
