歓迎会を開催しました。

4月21日、「はな」の歓迎会を開催しました。
今年は一月後半から3月にかけてパートの薬剤師の方に4名入社していただきました。また4月からは土曜日のバイト生の方も多数入社していただきました。
パートの方の経歴は病院勤務、調剤薬局、ドラッグ併設の調剤部門などと色々です。バイト生の方たちも、岡大院生や病院研修生など様々です。皆さん既に高い能力を持つ人、または凄いポテンシャルを秘めた人など今後の将来が楽しみな面々です。
店舗が違うと知らない人もいる為、顔合わせもかねて歓迎会をしました。
場所は岡山、3丁目劇場の近くの花丸本舗です。先ずはビールで乾杯、その後ビールを通す者、チュウハイや様々なものに移って行く者といろいろです。
料理はお造りから始まりキムチ鍋、ふぐと鶏の唐揚、鯛の塩釜焼き、カツサンド、巻物などなどでした。 内容が名前の通り◎だったかは各自で違うかも分かりませんが、飲み放題2時間で騒ぎました。途中各自の自己紹介に失礼ながら私（石川）の独断と偏見のインプッションも加えさせていただきました。
今回、入社いただいた方々に感謝すると同時に、新たな刺激とパワーをいただいて更により良い薬局にしたいと思いました。写真はその一場面です。
